A journey into .NET development especially in Silverlight and WPF plus interest in Multitouch technologies...

About

NasirVegas (2)My name is Nasir Aziz, reside in Seattle WA, USA. I am a software engineer and an architect primarily working with Microsoft .NET technologies. Currently use .NET3.5 SP1, 4.0, Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF),Windows Communications Foundation (WCF), Silverlight 3.0/4.0, and all things related.

Multitouch surface computing is my new found love. I have always been a big fan of natural user interface but till recently had no idea how to go about it in more of an affordable way. Thanks to communities over the Internet, especially the NUI GROUP, and inspiring MS Surface product, I was able to realize a workable solution that I can create on my own using the tested technologies already being shared over the Internet.

This blog is meant to document my research and development in multitouch technologies and other .NET adventures I indulge myself into, and yes some random thoughts that may not even have anything to do with technology. I  just gave this blog a facelift and am gearing to be actively involved now. Stay tuned and visit often.

Cheers!

Nasir Aziz
